Khalil Saikaly promoted to Chief Commercial Officer to support global market development
TORONTO, ON, June 15, 2026 — DCL, part of the DCL Technology Group and a global leader in advanced catalytic technologies, today announced the promotion of Khalil Saikaly to Chief Commercial Officer.
In this global leadership role, Saikaly will lead DCL’s worldwide commercial strategy to support continued growth across markets, territories, and business sectors. His responsibilities will include working to maximize sales and marketing performance, strengthen customer relationships, support new product introductions, and align commercial activity with evolving market trends and product development priorities.
Saikaly joined DCL in April 2012 as a Sales Engineer in France and was appointed Managing Director of DCL Europe in 2018. Over 14 years, he played key roles in expanding DCL’s presence across Europe while supporting greenhouse, power generation, and data center partners with advanced environmental technologies.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Saikaly will focus on commercial developments worldwide to expand the reach of the DCL’s advanced catalytic technologies, support the introduction of new solutions, and strengthen alignment between customer needs, market trends, and long-term product development. His role will also support greater consistency across sales regions as the company continues to grow its presence in established and emerging markets.
