Challenge
A universal exhaust purifier was required that could easily be retrofitted into the vehicle exhaust pipe.
Solution
DCL supplied an exhaust purifier (exhaust scrubber) with connection cones to match the vehicle exhaust tube diameter. The unit was connected to the exhaust tube with standard muffler u-clamps. Quick-release clamps on the exhaust purifier center body allow removal of the catalyst element for servicing. The unit is all-stainless steel construction and is shown after five (5) years in service.
